He has Risen

Hello my friends.
Yesterday was our Easter Sunday.
We went to the first church service
and this photo was on the front of our service sheet.
I felt it was the one for this post.

Mark 16:4 -6
But when they looked up, they saw that the stone,
which was very large, had been rolled away.
As they entered the tomb,
they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side,
 and they where alarmed.
``Don`t be alarmed ``,he said.
``You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified.
He has risen.
He is not here.

This was on the over head projector.

`SINGLE OWNER TOMB`
Only used three days and still has that new tomb smell.
Reason for sale: Owner resurrected.
He has risen. He is Lord.

My parcel for Easter /Spring Exchange
from April (itsjustapril.blogspot.com)
came the day before Easter break.
Thank you April what a lovely surprise.

April stitched this from `The Prairie Schooler` pattern
in a black but photo looks purple!
The back had this lovely fabric bringing the look of
  spring into the package.
Over here in this part of the world we are into Autumn.

This LHN  pattern has been on my list to purchase for sometime.
I was so pleased to get this as part of my gift.

The lovely threads as well.
So delighted.

The linen to stitch the design so all set to go.
Can`t wait to start :)))
Plus the other linen which I have a Shepherds Bush pattern for this.
Then three pieces of fabric.
A Red Brolly design I think.

These lovely `Honey Bee` scissors.
Thank you Terri ( Dixie Sampler blog )
for this lovely exchange and through this I found a few more friends.

Now progress on my `Santa`s Village`.
The top row complete.
