Lest we forget

`Lest we Forget`

We wear a poppy like this on the 25th April
for ANZAC day.
There is always a Dawn Parades.
Today it has been 99 years.

We had a quiet moment this morning remembering for
ANZAC.
Then we watched the services held in Wellington an Auckland on the TV.

Hello my friends,
So glad you could visit with me.
I am so delighted to see my followers numbers going up.
My stitching this week has been
Shepherds Bush
`Fold`
Part one kit came the other day after quite a wait.
Fabric, three bundles of threads and some cute button to show at a later date.

I forgot to take my camera when I went to stitch at Kaths.
I could not wait to start.
After Kath over locked the edges of both her`s and my fabric
I started on the house. I stitched on this till time for me to go.
After tea that night I continued till the thread split and frayed!
Then I changed thread for the meadow, the path, a heart
and then the sheep. I was so enjoying myself.

The house now complete after reverse stitching and back on track.

The cute little sheep.

How far I have stitched!

Kath has started a blog for this stitching project.
If there is their anyone who is working on their `Fold`
would you like to join us?
If so contact Kath.
I have a secret stitching on the go too.:)
Happy Stitching,
Clare.
